Whole Beef Deposit

This option is the best value and it’s easy to get by going in with friends and family. We make it easy because we will divide the beef into two halves or four quarters for you if needed. (Since you are ordering a full beef, you can customize your cuts if you desire)

For an average size beef, you’ll get about 375 pounds boxed weight Meat will fill 8 boxes requiring about 13-14 cubic feet of freezer space.

A standard cut includes approximately

36 lbs roasts,

18 lbs ribeye steak 

10 lbs short ribs,

18 lbs top sirloin (steak),

20 lbs NY Strip,

8 Filet Mignon

10 lbs brisket,

30 lbs boneless stew meat,

225 lbs ground beef
FREE if REQUESTED: 2 lbs oxtail, liver, or tongue.
